 •Lou Oshins, star halfback and end for City College 1922-1924, coached Brooklyn College from 1927 to 1947. During college he was a model for artists of the Junior League, and in 1925 he won a college song contest for the work, "New York's Crown." Was one of the first to use the T-formation in 1941, with Allie Sherman as his left-handed QB.
