One game behind the Wanderers in the A.H.L. with the final Crescent game against the Wanderers coming up on Friday night, they scheduled a tune-up exhibition game against the lowly Hockey Club of New York. The Wanderers would win that final regular season game, besting the Crescents 3-1 for the championship.
